Yesterday, been 28 March 2026 distinguished Senator Ibrahim Khalid Mustapha of Kaduna Zone One hosted a major constituents’ empowerment programme, distributing a variety of vehicles and tools aimed at improving livelihoods across the district.
At the event, Senator Mustapha presented 30 saloon cars, 150 motorcycles, 750 irrigation pumps, and hundreds of sewing machines to deserving individuals and groups.
The empowerment initiative was attended by former Kaduna Governor and senior statesman Senator Ahmed Mohammad Makarfi, who praised the effort.
According to Makarfi, the programme demonstrates “a strong commitment to uplifting local communities and empowering citizens to improve their economic opportunities.”
Makarfi described the initiative as a positive step toward boosting productivity and improving lives, noting that such investments in people are essential for sustainable development across the region.
