My wife was first to support my company financially – M.I Abaga

Nigerian rapper, M.I. Abaga, has shared how his wife, Eniola Mafe, has been a constant pillar of support in both his personal life and professional journey.

Speaking during a recent episode of the “Outside The Box podcast”, the music star revealed that his wife was the very first person to contribute financially when he began raising funds for his company, TASCK.

“My wife is the most supportive person. When I started trying to raise money for my company, TASCK, she was the first person who gave me a cheque,” M.I. said.

He went on to explain that Eniola’s support extends far beyond financial contributions.

According to M.I., she plays an active role in his creative process, accompanying him to the studio, capturing content for his social media, and attending shows and business meetings, all while balancing her own demanding career.

M.I. described her as a truly present partner, someone who travels with him for performances, sits in on studio sessions, and offers valuable perspectives on matters he’s still working through.

“A lot of times, I even tell her that I don’t need her advice because maybe I’ve not thought deeply about something, and she has already done a ten-page exposé,” he added with admiration.

He concluded by describing her as “the most supportive person” and a priceless gift in his life.
